Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or engagement marketing.
• Demonstrated experience developing customer communications across email, web, social media, and digital channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex product information into customer-friendly messaging.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and customer engagement analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement messaging for specialized learning solutions including Gale, Visible Body, Spark (ELL).
• Coordinate onboarding, education, and usage communications throughout the product lifecycle.
• Own the Gale monthly customer newsletter and social media strategy.
• Align customer messaging across products, channels, and the global website.
• Measure engagement performance and optimize lifecycle programs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate features into customer-focused messaging.
