Job summary

The role partners with Product Managers and the Engagement Team to ensure onboarding, education, and timely communications; you will own the monthly Gale newsletter and oversee social media, while maintaining a consistent brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or engagement marketing.
• Experience developing customer communications across email, web, social media, and digital channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and customer engagement analytics is preferred.
• A positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement marketing for customer outreach within Specialized Learning Solutions.
• Support transition of Visible Body and Spark customers into MindTap.
• Coordinate onboarding, education, and usage communications across the product lifecycle.
• Develop Gale monthly newsletters editorial planning and performance.
• Manage Gale social media strategy and execution.
• Ensure messaging aligns across websites, help docs, and other resources.
