Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy consulting or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of energy & commodities (oil, gas, power, metals).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-level influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client projects and manage client relationships with Partners.
• Lead and manage complex programs to deliver on time using best practices.
• Guide and influence clients across situations, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Engage in business development by identifying new and expanded opportunities.
• Create and share intellectual capital through thought leadership and collaboration.
• Develop junior staff and build a strong internal network.
