Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business/Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree in business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leading construction firms to optimize business outcomes.
• Deliver tailored consulting solutions across construction projects.
• Assess client performance via interviews, analytics and data.
• Lead workshops/planning sessions to drive change management.
• Develop and implement transformative performance-improvement initiatives.
