Responsibilities

• Partner with and advise leading firms in the construction industry to optimize business outcomes.
• Deliver tailored solutions with FMI Consulting teams for construction-related matters.
• Assess client performance through interview, data collection and analytics.
• Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to drive change management and performance improvements.
• Develop and implement transformative performance improvement solutions with clients.
