TEKsystems is seeking an Engagement Manager II to lead end-to-end delivery for a strategic technology client. The role emphasizes program management, client relationships, governance, and value realization across AI/GenAI workstreams.

The EM II will mentor delivery resources and drive profitability while coordinating with enterprise partners. Role supports PST hours and offers remote work from locations across the United States.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project or program management within large, complex environments.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and portfolios with strong client relationship skills.
• Experience delivering services in alignment with contracts, SLAs and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with budgeting and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
• Experience managing direct reports, including performance reviews and mentorship.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple engagements for a strategic client ensuring objectives are met on time and on budget.
• Build rapport with client stakeholders and provide trusted advisory services.
• Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on progress, issues and results.
• Lead governance and client quarterly business reviews with clear dashboards and storytelling.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing delivery team.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
