Job Title - Engagement Manager - IAM

Location - Seattle, WA/ Edison, NJ (Open To East Coast)

Our top global IT client is looking for an Engagement Manager - IAM to join their Cyber Security team. The role involves designing and implementing identity and access management systems and processes for clients. The candidate should have a deep understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices, and stay updated on industry trends.

• Develop architecture solutions that meet project requirements and are reusable, reliable, and phased.
• Support multiple implementation projects through design review and architectural guidance.
• Advise on creating IAM solution accelerators as differentiators.
• Engage in skills development via internal training and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Subject-matter expertise in all IAM topics, including cloud and on-premises enterprise technologies, and their architectures.
• Experience designing reference architectures for IAM domains such as Authentication, Authorization, Identity Management, Privileged Access Management, WAM.
• Experience with IAM technologies like SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock.
• Understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Strong techno-functional skills and experience delivering mid to large-scale IAM transformations.
• BA or BS in IT or related fields.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM product certifications.
