Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience with leadership exposure.

• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DORA.
• Experience leading internal and external technology resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of escalation for software development issues.
• Translate requirements into software designs with development team.
• Mentor and train entry-level engineers.
• Implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
• Collaborate across teams and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Operate in Agile, Waterfall, CI/CD environments and coordinate with stakeholders.
