Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex cloud solution projects, blending technical credibility with strong program management. You will guide discussions, map customer needs to technical outcomes, and drive delivery across teams while maintaining security and performance in AWS-based deployments.

You will work with customers and AWS teams to decompose requirements, manage risks, and ensure successful completion of initiatives that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies.
• 4+ years of IT implementation experience.
• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
