Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant strategy consulting experience with a top-tier firm
• Track record of leading and managing teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong strategic problem solving with strong analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Quantitative, technical toolkit incl. SQL and Python
• Machine learning / data science / AI capabilities preferred
• Client management experience
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and manage client relationships with Partners
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery using OWYN best practices
• Guide clients in an informed way across situations, including execution of the commercial process
• Engage in business development by identifying new opportunities
• Create intellectual capital through thought leadership and industry knowledge
• Develop juniors and build followership as part of firm asset-building
