Job summary

ClearEngine in Miami, FL is seeking a senior operator to run client engagements end to end, from strategy through execution, and to hold the founder relationship.

You think at the altitude of the whole business and have operated at ground level, leading workstreams, making the financial and strategic calls, and building the team beneath you as engagements grow. You will translate strategy to tactics, manage multiple priorities, and drive outcomes with disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning a client relationship, with C-suite exposure.
• Accountability for a P&L and budget decisions.
• Operated hands-on; translated strategy into execution.
• Experience spanning at least two core functions.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• High ownership mindset with reliability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run client engagements end to end, owning workplans, cadence, and calls from diagnosis to handoff.
• Hold the founder relationship and defend recommendations in discussions with clients.
• Make financial and strategic calls by reading the P&L, testing the model, and guiding pricing and spend.
• Translate strategy to concrete actions and adapt plans based on results.
• Lead and build the team, guiding specialists and juniors as engagements scale.
