Job summary

ReturnPro seeks a Chief of Staff to sit beside the CEO in our Miami headquarters, acting as the connective tissue across operations, finance, technology and client relationships. You will represent the CEO in cross-functional meetings, draft decisive outputs, and drive follow-through so no detail falls through the cracks.

You will own the operating cadence, build real-time views of progress, and manage strategic initiatives end-to-end.

Qualifications

• MBA or comparable analytical training; structured problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent the CEO in cross-functional meetings and drive follow-through.
• Build a real-time view of org progress and manage leadership cadences.
• Manage CEO calendar and prepare meeting context, objectives, and pre-reads.
• Lead strategic projects end-to-end across operations, tech, finance and growth.
• Interface with clients, vendors and partners at senior levels as needed.
• Support M&A diligence and investor communications as required.
• Protect the CEO’s time by filtering noise and prioritizing meetings.
