Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager in Boston or other listed cities. You will lead client engagements, manage teams, and drive delivery with Partners. Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting with a top-tier firm
• Track record of leading and managing teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Quantitative toolkit including SQL and Python
• Machine learning, data science, AI/genAI capabilities preferred
• Client management experience
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including internationally

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and manage client relationships
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery and high impact deliverables
• Guide and influence clients across all situations and build trusted advisor relationships
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business development
• Create intellectual capital through thought leadership
• Develop others and build a strong team; mentor junior members
• Support Partners with project execution, planning and coaching
