Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks an Engagement Manager to lead client projects in the Telco, Consumer, and Technology practice. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, guide complex programs, and contribute to business development through thought leadership.

The role requires 4–7 years in strategy consulting, strong analytics, and the ability to travel up to 50% (internationally). You'll collaborate with Partners and senior teams to deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in strategy consulting with a top-tier firm or similar organization.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Quantitative, technical toolkit including proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Machine learning, data science, AI/genAI capabilities preferred.
• Client management experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and manage the client relationship and commercial process with Partners.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery using OWY best practices and firm expertise.
• Guide clients in a trusted-advisor capacity across various engagements.
• Engage in business development by identifying new opportunities.
• Create intellectual capital through thought leadership and industry insights.
• Develop junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
