Qualifications

• Track record of leading and delivering results in fast-paced environments

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 50% including international travel
• Bachelor or higher degree from a top academic program

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and client relationships
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery
• Guide clients and become trusted advisors across engagements
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business development
• Develop intellectual capital through thought leadership and case delivery
• Coach and develop junior team members and build a strong team
• Oversee project planning, workflow and delivery quality
• Support Partners in project execution and client interviews
