Qualifications

• 1-2 years administrative experience in fast-paced office environment, preferably in higher education.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Acute time-management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative needs of the education office.
• Write scholar-facing communications and moderate WSS Discord.
• Evaluate applications for future cohorts of World Science Scholars.
• Prepare Teaching Fellows to run recitations.
