Responsibilities

• Supports the organization, planning, and execution of the STEM Outreach Programs.
• Provides administrative support including payments and accounting processes.
• Maintains datasets in a Dynamics database and processes new data.
• Responds to email inquiries and communicates with program participants.
• Engages educators digitally via email and social media.
• Analyzes participant feedback and prepares summaries and reports.
• Completes other department projects and duties as assigned.
• Supports programs during competition weeks, including travel.
