Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking an Engagement Lead- Market Research to join our team in San Francisco, CA. You will own end-to-end market research engagements, acting as the primary client contact and shaping strategic recommendations for healthcare and life sciences clients.

You will lead teams, drive delivery excellence, translate insights into executive-ready narratives, and identify opportunities to expand engagements. This role demands senior stakeholder management and strong analytical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with excellent academic performance.
• 5–7 years of experience in Market Research, healthcare/pharma consulting, with 4 years in the U.S. market.
• Deep expertise translating research into executive-level recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with advanced analytical or BI tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize insights from complex data sets.
• Strong communication and client management skills, with experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client & Engagement Ownership: Own market research engagements end-to-end, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Insight & Recommendation Leadership: Translate research findings into clear, executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations.
• Stakeholder Management: Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders and guide discussions through data-driven narratives.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop engagement teams, ensuring high performance, quality standards, and career growth.
