Job summary

CLA is seeking Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) to deliver high-level interim or project-based accounting support through Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). You will serve across industries on roles such as Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, and more.

You will design and improve monthly close, financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidations, while actively delivering client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant work experience including public accounting (10+ years preferred).
• Prior industry experience as CFO, Controller, SEC Reporting or Internal Audit Manager equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients in various industries on accounting, finance, tax, and audit roles (Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, Internal Audit Manager, etc.).
• Design/improve accounting processes such as: monthly close, management and financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations to name a few.
• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
