Job summary

CLA is seeking Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) to join Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). You will work as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource across industries, shaping monthly close, reporting, forecasting, and consolidations.

You will have travel opportunities and the flexibility to select engagements, while enjoying benefits as an hourly employee. A bachelor’s in accounting/finance is required; CPA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ten years relative work experience including public accounting.
• Mastery in Microsoft Excel and experience in a variety of accounting software.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients in various industries on accounting, finance, tax, and audit roles.
• Design/improve accounting processes such as monthly close, reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
