CLA is hiring Engagement Directors for Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). These roles provide high-level interim or project-based accounting support across industries, with opportunities such as Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, and Internal Audit Manager.

You will design and improve monthly close, reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations, taking a hands-on approach to client engagements. Travel flexibility is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 8 years relevant work experience including public accounting (10+ years preferred).
• Bachelor's degree is required; CPA preferred but not required.
• Mastery in Excel and experience with accounting software; project management and client service experience preferred.

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients in various industries on accounting, finance, tax, and audit roles.
• Design/improve close processes, management reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
• Travel as needed and select engagements to balance career and life.
