The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our Residential Treatment Program in Central Ohio. The Director will provide medical leadership and clinical direction for the Residential Nursing Department and ensure nursing procedures are implemented and education is delivered.

Responsibilities include on-call coverage, care coordination, and fostering strong interdepartmental relationships, with emphasis on change management, teaching, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
• Five years of relevant experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Director of Nursing is accountable for the medical leadership and oversight, collaborative administration, and clinical direction of the Residential Nursing Department. The selected candidate will need to complete medical assessments and education, ensure nursing procedures are operationalized, and provide administrative support. Additional duties include leading a positive change management culture, teaching, client engagement, care coordination, and interdepartmental relations.
