Qualifications

• Experience developing contract documents.
• Experience in roadway design.

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret technical engineering information and data; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Lead staff and supervise engineering and technical teams on projects and programs.
• Coordinate project design, right-of-way activities, utilities, and contract administration.
• Develop schedules, budgets, deliverables, and status updates for multiple projects.
• Represent the agency with local governments, officials, consultants, and the public.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal policies, procedures, and standards.
