Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and maintenance of management requirements and 4 Plays: Visualization, Performance Reviews, Problem-Solving, and Standardization.
• Coach and facilitate teams; liaison between business area leadership, shared services, and One Way office.
• Communicate status of improvements; build relationships across levels to maximize project efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using PDCA/A3 and standardization methods.
• Provide financial management of projects including budgeting and forecasting.
