What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Client Manager or Client Service Consultant to understand client needs and deliver on client strategy
- Consult with clients on effective wellness program frameworks, both virtually and in-person
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare products and services across various lines
- Advise clients on Wellness Funds utilization for assigned accounts
- Present employee benefits to new or renewing clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the health-related industry
- Experience in corporate health promotion program design
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage key relationships
- Must be willing to travel to local and remote clients/customers (30-35%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in corporate health promotion program design
- Strong skills in Outlook, Webex, CRM (Salesforce), and Microsoft 365 suite of programs
- Ability to obtain Health & Life Insurance license if working in specific states
- Proven team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
