Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Communications & Engagement Officer to join the Communications, Engagement and Marketing (CEM) team. This homebased role covers the North West with travel to sites and our Warrington Head Office as needed, shaping how colleagues, customers and stakeholders connect with our values and priorities.

You'll create engaging content, support leaders to communicate confidently, plan events, campaigns and storytelling that bring our people and impact to life, while

Qualifications

• Experience delivering communications and engagement activity across multiple channels.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience building strong stakeholder relationships and providing communications advice and support.
• Experience planning and delivering events, engagement activity or campaigns.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging communications and engagement activity that informs, involves and connects colleagues, customers and stakeholders with our vision, values and priorities.
• Lead on colleague events and engagement initiatives, build relationships across the organisation and tell stories that bring our people and impact to life.
• Work with stakeholders to provide communications support and advice, creating high-quality content across channels and championing two-way engagement.
• Use insight and feedback to continually improve communications activity across campaigns and events.
