Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in the last 12 months (no large gap in education).
• Degree in Communications, PR, or related field with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organization, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management ability, time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute communication materials across internal channels.
• Provide internal and external event support from planning to execution with stakeholders and budgets.
• Create content for internal and external events and be comfortable on camera.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling stories aligned with brand values.
• Maintain meeting agendas and track project progress with manager.
• Lead special projects like Employee Engagement Initiatives and West Coast partnerships.
• Support West Coast brand communications teams in their initiatives.
• Provide administrative support across communication, engagement and HR teams.
