Job summary

L'Oréal USA offers a paid, 11-week Summer Internship in brand marketing. You will be fully integrated into a brand marketing team, own day-to-day responsibilities, and lead your own strategic project pitched to senior leadership.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You will be paired with a mentor and buddy, with opportunities for professional development and relocation/housing considerations as eligible.

The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship Program is apaid, 11-week experience. Who You Are

• Ambitious students currently enrolled in a 4-year college or universitywho are expected to graduate between December 2027– July 2028
• Trendsetters and innovative thinkers who want to create the beauty that moves the world
• No prior industry experience is necessary to apply
• Able to start working full-time starting September 2028 upon graduation with your bachelor’s degree
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Willing to relocate to one of our U.S. internship hubs: El Segundo (LA), CA

Areas of Digital You Could Work In

Depending on your brand and team placement, you may gain hands‑on exposure to:

• E-Commerce Strategy – optimizing the digital shelf across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Sephora.com, and DTC sites
• Performance Marketing & Media – planning and analyzing paid social, search, and programmatic campaigns
• Social Media & Community Management – managing brand presence and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
• Influencer & Creator Partnerships – sourcing and activating creators to drive authentic digital reach
• Marketing Analytics & MarTech – using tools like GA4, Salesforce, and internal dashboards to measure digital campaign performance and ROI
• CRM & Personalization – supporting email, loyalty, and personalized consumer journeys
• Content & Digital Creative – producing short‑form video and digital‑first creative assets
• SEO & Digital Discovery – improving how consumers find brands and products online

What You'll Do

• Own day‑to‑day digital or e‑commerce responsibilities — from consumer insights to campaign execution — on one of our 40+ brands
• Lead your own strategic project from insight to recommendation, presented directly to senior leaders
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, and Sales to see how each function shapes a brand's business
• Build real business acumen by working alongside brand managers in the beauty industry
• Sharpen your presentation, analytics, leadership, and strategic thinking skills — skills that carry into any career
• Placement on a marketing team within one of L'Oréal's four divisions: Consumer Products, Luxury Products, Dermatological Beauty, or Professional Products

The Program:

• This is a paid internship opportunity. Housing assistance is provided on an individual basis based on eligibility per our L'Oréal Relocation Policy.
• All interns will be paired with a mentor and buddy to help guide you through your internship
