ManpowerGroup is seeking an ENG Design Engineer I for our client in Maplewood, Minnesota. You will join the Package Engineering organization supporting cross-functional teams and applying packaging engineering practices to real-world projects.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of relevant experience, basic knowledge of an engineering discipline, and strong written English. A Bachelor degree in Package Engineering or any engineering field is required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow defined procedures and handle inquiries of moderate scope and complexity
• Provide entry level package engineering services to assigned units, including implementing packaging solutions
• Conduct basic research and analysis for packaging using data from multiple sources
• Support modification and improvement of existing package designs while learning quality management requirements
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop processes, SOPs, WIs, training and documentation

Our client, an engineering and packaging solutions organization, is seeking an ENG Design Engineer I to join their team. As a ENG Design Engineer I, you will be part of the Package Engineering organization supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, a commitment to quality and compliance, and the drive to learn and apply packaging engineering practices to real-world projects.

Pay Range: $25

What's the Job?

• Follow selected, clearly defined procedures under general guidance while handling inquiries of moderate scope and complexity.

• Provide direct and/or indirect entry level package engineering services to assigned operating units, including implementing packaging solutions.

• Conduct basic research and analysis for packaging and business information upon request, using data from multiple sources to interpret information and assess alternative methods.

• Support modification and improvement of existing package designs, methods, and/or solutions, while learning and applying quality management requirements.

• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop process or product improvements, standard operating procedures, work instructions, training, and supporting documentation.

What's Needed?

• 1 year of relevant working experience required; open to recent graduates.

• Basic knowledge of theories and practices applied to one engineering discipline.

• Ability to use computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility.

• Strong written English communication skills for professional documentation and routine inquiries.

• Bachelor level university/college degree generally required in Package Engineering or any engineering field (in some countries, a 2–3 years technical/vocational/trade school degree may be considered equivalent).
