ManpowerGroup is seeking an ENG Design Engineer I for our client in Maplewood, Minnesota. You will join the Package Engineering organization supporting cross-functional teams and applying packaging engineering practices to real-world projects.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of relevant experience, basic knowledge of an engineering discipline, and strong written English. A Bachelor degree in Package Engineering or any engineering field is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge of theories and practices applied to one engineering discipline
• Ability to use computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility
• Strong written English communication skills for professional documentation and routine inquiries
• Bachelor level university/college degree generally required in Package Engineering or any engineering field

Responsabilités

• Follow defined procedures and handle inquiries of moderate scope and complexity
• Provide entry level package engineering services to assigned units, including implementing packaging solutions
• Conduct basic research and analysis for packaging using data from multiple sources
• Support modification and improvement of existing package designs while learning quality management requirements
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop processes, SOPs, WIs, training and documentation
