Job summary

LAZ Parking Chicago, LLC is seeking an Enforcement Operations Manager for the Chicago area. The role leads daily enforcement activities, ensures contract compliance with the City of Chicago, and drives process improvements. Strong supervisory and policy-adherence skills are essential for success in this role.

The position offers a 2nd shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 3pm–11pm) and a compensation range of $68,000–$72,000 per year with a discretionary year-end bonus. Exempt status and full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in parking enforcement, traffic, or transportation management.
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity managing union staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of City of Chicago regulations and contract enforcement standards.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to Enforcement Supervisors and staff through regular field visits and evaluations.
• Coordinate enforcement operations and reporting to ensure compliance with contracts and city requirements.
• Assist with communications and reporting required by the City of Chicago.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Enforcement personnel.
• Monitor performance standards and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Assist in payroll, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives.
