Job summary

The Tulalip Tribes is seeking an on-site regulator responsible for the oversight, control and security of the gaming operation, in line with the Tribal/State Compact and applicable regulations. This role includes enforcing cannabis regulatory laws through the Tulalip Cannabis Agency and investigating violations.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of public-facing experience, strong report-writing skills, and the ability to work in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience working with the public, customers or guest relations.
• Two years of experience utilizing investigative or report writing procedures
• Two years of experience related to military, security, gaming or similar regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Regulate, control and secure the gaming operation on-site as authorized by the Tribal/State Compact; Tulalip Tribal Code 10.05 Gaming; and related regulations.
• Enforce cannabis regulatory laws and investigate observed or reported cannabis regulatory violations as part of the Tribal Cannabis Agency.
• Maintain compliance records and assist in regulatory investigations as required.
