Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience in valuation, product control, risk, finance, or a similar analytical function.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with energy markets and related pricing dynamics.
• Experience with energy-related derivatives and/or structured products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to explain outcomes clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear findings.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong control mindset in a documented environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute independent price verification and benchmarking processes, including valuation adjustments.
• Support valuation control practices and initiatives, including reporting and control consistency.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Product and Technology to investigate valuation matters.
• Enhance the control framework by reviewing pricing methodologies and coverage opportunities.
• Identify process gaps and implement tools to improve efficiency and governance.
• Produce documentation and reporting for governance, audits, and regulatory needs.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects across Business, Risk and Finance.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.
