Responsibilities

• The Attorney will practice Energy and Utility Law, evaluating and developing energy policy and utility rate cases.
• Duties include legal research, factual investigation, record development, brief writing and appearances at proceedings.
• Engage in policy evaluation, oral advocacy before regulators, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Involves legislative work and coordination with diverse groups.
