Adams Broadwell Joseph & Cardozo is accepting applications for an Attorney to practice Energy and Utility Law. The position is open for attorneys with at least two years of substantive experience practicing before the California Public Utilities Commission.
The Energy and Utility Attorney will perform a range of work to evaluate and develop energy policy and utility rate cases. This includes legal research, factual investigation, administrative record development, brief writing, appearances at administrative proceedings, policy evaluation and development, oral advocacy before regulatory bodies, collaboration with diverse groups of stakeholders and legislative work.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
