Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains including software, cloud, systems engineering.
• 3+ years designing, implementing, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Experience communicating with executives or clients across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to executives, IT, management, and developers.
• Experience architecting and operating in large Enterprise IT environments, including enterprise security controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers, recommending security, cost, performance, reliability and best-practice architectures.
• Advocate for customer needs to help drive improvements to the AWS platform and inform the roadmap.
• Help shape the future of the Solutions Architecture organization by mentoring others.
• Define or invent cloud-native reference architectures and share best practices with the AWS Solutions Architect community.
