The Judge Group seeks an experienced Project Manager II to lead and oversee medium to large-scale projects from initiation through completion. The role requires directing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, aligning with organizational objectives.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, vendors, and risk while engaging stakeholders, communicating progress to leadership, and driving continuous process improvements in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2–5 years of project management experience on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including leadership presentations.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct multiple medium to large-sized projects within a department or business unit.
  • Lead all phases of project execution: scope, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, consultants, and contractors to achieve objectives.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to project teams and third-party resources.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Analyze regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Develop business cases and project justifications to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor performance, establish team goals, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Research and recommend contractors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts and modifications.
  • Conduct budget analysis, cost forecasting, and financial tracking.
  • Prepare project materials for leadership and regulatory agencies.
  • Deliver project updates, presentations, and reports to senior leadership.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices.
