Job summary

Following the program, Analysts join their teams to work on live transactions, perform financial modeling across energy projects, and contribute to credit memos and client materials as part of a deal team, with ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree/Equivalent and 2 years' experience in coursework or internship in commercial lending or credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and finance fundamentals
• Bachelor's degree by start of program (by July 7, 2027) or equivalent and relevant quantitative focus preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a deal team environment

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling in Excel of solar, wind, gas and battery storage projects
• Due diligence of projects including company and industry analysis, reviewing engineering, market, insurance and transmission studies
• Preparation of internal credit memorandum
• Preparation of marketing materials for potential clients and other lenders
• Work as part of a Deal Team on live transactions, engaged in many aspects of credit underwriting and portfolio management, financial analysis, credit memo prep
• Participate in internal credit approval meetings and client/customer calls, as appropriate.
