Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or operations analysis or related fields.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams including customers and internal groups.
• Willing to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Arden, NC; relocation not offered.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commissioning activities from order entry through project completion with stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, sales, project managers, and logistics teams.
• Track milestones, risks, and open actions; provide timely status updates.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor lead times, backlog, and forecast trends.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional mitigation plans.
