Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Energy Transactional Project Development Associate for its Washington, DC practice. The ideal candidate has 4 to 7 years of project experience in energy, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

The role involves drafting and negotiating core agreements and managing deal components, with opportunities for high-level partner and client interaction. The successful candidate will hold a JD, be Bar admitted in the relevant jurisdiction, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate M&A, JVs, EPCs, O&M, tolling, development, supply agreements, and power purchase agreements.
• Manage components of deals independently.
• Represent clients in national project finance and development matters.
• Participate in sophisticated legal transactions.
