Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project experience required.
• Experience with energy, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Excellent drafting and negotiating abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate M&A, JV, EPC, O&M, tolling, and supply agreements.
• Manage components of deals independently.
• Participate in national project finance and development work.
• Engage in sophisticated matters with partner and client contact.
