Job summary

Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) seeks an experienced Program Manager for the CUNY SPS Office of Innovative Learning Solutions to lead energy training programs for DCAS. You will manage design, development, delivery and administration of learning offerings across multiple modalities, ensuring a high-quality learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in ID, training or e-learning.
• 3-5 years designing, developing, or implementing training for adult learners.
• 3-5 years in program and operations management and process design.
• Experience evaluating instructors for classroom or virtual delivery.
• Experience managing client and partner stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with City/state agencies preferred.
• Experience evaluating measurement and evaluation metrics preferred.
• Experience with Articulate 360 preferred.
• Experience with Blackboard LMS preferred.
• Industry certifications in instructional design or training facilitation preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support an action learning methodology to define process improvements and best-practice solutions related to education and training operations.
• Ensure vendor-delivered learning programs align with program goals and best practices for adult learners.
• Oversee CE/T learning events, facilitate data collection, and ensure completion of assessments with partners.
• Review and implement instructional content for in-person, remote, and self-paced delivery.
• Maintain curriculum portfolio by coordinating updates with SMEs and external partners.
• Partner with the Program Effectiveness team to evaluate training outcomes and vendor performance.
• Provide guidance to instructors and external partners to ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in program observations, vendor evaluations, and assessments of training delivery.
• Manage multiple priorities across vendors, stakeholders, and workstreams.
• Learn new processes and systems with minimal direction to support operations.
• Lead special projects that support energy savings initiatives and EMI program enhancements.
• Use Blackboard LMS to administer programs, track progress, and support instructors.
• Other duties as assigned.
