Job summary

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) invites applications for a Program Manager on the CUNY SPS Energy Training team in New York, NY. You will oversee design, development, delivery, and administration of energy-related learning programs for DCAS, coordinating with vendors and internal partners.

You will manage instructor-led and online training via Blackboard LMS, support procurement, and ensure high-quality learner experiences while advancing energy-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience designing/training for adult learners.
• Experience with LMS and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support learning program operations across multiple vendors and partners.
• Ensure alignment with program standards and best practices for adult learners.
• Administer programs in Blackboard LMS and track learner progress.
• Coordinate content updates with SMEs and external partners.
• Contribute to evaluation of training outcomes and program impact.
