Job summary
Geronimo Power, a Bloomington, MN-based energy developer, seeks a Manager of Trading Operations & Settlements to build and lead the function within Accounting. You will design scalable processes, strengthen controls, and partner with Finance, Risk, and Compliance as trading scales.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a related field required.
- 7+ years in energy trading operations or settlements.
- Experience improving trading/settlements processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and build Trading Operations & Settlements within Accounting.
- Define workflows, ownership, and close timelines across teams.
- Oversee shadow settlements, invoicing, disputes, and billing.
- Manage monthly P&L true-ups and variances with Risk/Accounting.
- Collaborate on accruals, cash forecasting, and collateral.
- Oversee REC registry and environmental attributes.
