CLEAResult in the United States is hiring an Energy Technician to join our team. This entry-level role trains you to install energy efficiency measures for residential customers, helping reduce energy bills while learning the trade.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training covers attic insulation, caulking, lighting, thermostats, and simple repairs. You will also support site setup, safety, and equipment transport while meeting DOT and safety standards.

Job Description

To join our team as an Energy Technician. This is an entry level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers.

No prior experience needed. We provide on the job training where you will learn how to:

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe
• Assist with job site set up and tear down

Physical requirements:

• Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather
• Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
• Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday
• Use repetitive hand motion & use of basic hand and power tools
• Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)
• Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds as needed
