Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring an Energy Technician in Indianapolis to install equipment in multifamily residences and deliver excellent customer service. This entry-level role includes hands-on training, teamwork, and daily travel within the region using a company vehicle.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license. Safety and reliability are essential as you support energy efficiency programs.
