Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Residential Field Representative to serve as the local on-site program and company contact for residential customers.

You will install energy-efficient equipment, perform energy efficiency assessments and audits, and gather data according to program specifications while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree preferred; BPI Certification preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential energy audits.
• Record inspection results and interactions to adhere to program requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical problems per client specifications.
• Act as local on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; encourage program participation.
• Travel throughout a defined territory.

You will provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with building science and program specifications. You will troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions.
