Job summary

Schneider Electric offers the Digital Engineering Application/Technician Development Program beginning July 2027. After a six‑month training in Franklin, Tennessee, you will transition into an Associate System Commissioning Specialist role supporting customers across the United States.

You will deploy and commission Electrical Power Monitoring Systems for data centers and industrial sites, install monitoring software, configure device communications, interpret electrical drawings, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Power Systems, Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience installing software or operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment, configuration, and commissioning of EPMS for data centers and commercial/industrial customers.
• Install, customize, and troubleshoot monitoring and control software used in electrical power distribution systems.
• Configure communications between devices and networks while troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and system documentation to support project execution.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers, contractors, and end users during construction and commissioning activities.
• Perform system startup, testing, customer training, and documentation of completed projects.
• Assist customers in defining system requirements and optimizing system performance.
