Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a technically strong specialist to configure and commission EPMS at customer sites. Training is provided, no prior EPMS experience required if you have strong computer and networking skills.
You will install, configure, and troubleshoot EPMS software and connected devices, work with SCADA/BMS/industrial protocols, and travel to data centers to support startup and training.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience connecting or troubleshooting networked field devices.
- Understanding of IP networking and device communication.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot EPMS software and field devices.
- Configure networked devices, alarms, monitoring points, and system settings.
- Troubleshoot software-device communication and data flows.
- Work with SCADA/HMI systems and protocols like Modbus, BACnet.
- Engage with customers, contractors, and project teams at data centers.
- Support startup, testing, documentation, and customer training.
- Travel regularly to customer sites with overnight stays.
