The role involves processing fuel invoices, matching them with BOLs, and preparing payments while resolving discrepancies. You will manage customer billing for direct fuel loads and assist with monthly inventory tasks.

Additional duties include weekly regulatory filings, year-end audit prep, and cross-division support. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices for fuel purchases and match with BOLs.
• Prepare invoices for payment and resolve discrepancies.
• Process billing for customer accounts and manage direct fuel loads.
• Initiate monthly inventory tasks and review counts/variances.
• Complete weekly regulatory filings for fuel sales.
• Assist with end-of-year audit preparation.
• Provide support across divisions as needed.
